3.3 Content Guidelines: All generated content must comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of the social media platforms where you intend to publish. You are responsible for ensuring compliance.

3.4 Prohibited Content: You may not use our Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4.1 Subscription Plans: Our Service operates on a subscription basis with various plan tiers. Pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize recurring charges.

4.3 Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4.4 Usage Limits: Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (number of posts, team members, etc.). Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

8.3 Data Export: Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
